His oddly named special moves, all of which are Rule of Funny-abiding anagrams of the original attacks, consist almost entirely of punches, ranging from a sideways, corkscrewing Shoryuken (SURE HONKY) to Balrog's Dash Upper (UP PHRASED) to Ralf's Vulcan Punch (LUNCH CUP VAN) to Dudley's New Wave Raucous note more commonly known as Thunderbolt in 2nd Impact and SSFIV (NEW, VACUOUS WEAR). His base sprite rapidly cycles through several of Ryu's over the years (including Super Gem Fighter and the digitized sprites from Street Fighter: The Movie), and from there, things only get weirder. He has a large variety of intros and outros and summons tons of characters from other games. The tier system is thrown out for Exhibitions, where players can request fights between characters from different tiers. This tier system does not prevent overly unfair matchups (or system crashes), but it generally produces better random fights than if characters were left to fight each other willy-nilly. All other tiers are decided by a character's winning record if a character wins or loses enough matches in a row, they are either promoted (up to S-Tier) or demoted (as low as P-Tier). Characters who are excessively strong (read: cheap as all hell) get pushed into X-Tier by default. SaltyBet uses a form of tiers in its custom system.Some have tried to do this by separating cheap characters from normal ones, but there is no official tier list outside of a full M.U.G.E.N game. This is generally impossible due to the large roster and the varying quality thereof, since analyzing them and their match-ups would take years.You'll be unlikely to find anyone who likes the engine for both. those who make Purposely Overpowered "meme" characters for the fun of it. Broken Base: Those who like to use the engine in an attempt to make actual, balanced characters in an attempt to make their own fighting game vs.
